Our GoodCall™ program launched in 2016 continues to evolve as we find even more ways to give back to our global community. What started out as a local endeavor to assist organizations who were non-profit or registered charities by giving back a percentage of revenues as a donation each year has spun into something much more purposeful.

On June 3, 2019, SureCall became a Certified B Corporation. B Corp Certification is the only certification that measures a company’s entire social and environmental performance. The B Impact Assessment evaluates how your company’s operations and business model impacts your workers, community, environment, and customers. SureCall recognized as a 2022 Best For The World™ for exceptional impact on the Global Community Denver, Colorado, June 13, 2022 – SureCall, a leading outsourced BPO and Contact Center has been named a 2022 Best for the World™ B Corp™ in recognition of its exceptional positive impact on the global community.
Best for the World is a distinction granted by B Lab to Certified B Corporations (B Corps) whose verified B Impact Scores in the five impact areas evaluated in the B Impact Assessment— community, customers, environment, governance, and workers — rank in the top 5% of all B Corps in their corresponding size group globally.
SureCall earned this honor because of initiatives such as their GoodCall™ and the Hero Girls™ programs. SureCall pivoted to a purpose-driven model with a focus on Community in 2013. The programs wereimplemented by SureCall's CEO, Marc Bombenon; GoodCall™ provides funding to local, national, and international charities. Hero Girls™ launched in October of 2018 supporting the education of young women and girls in developing regions around the world. With the program's success over the past four years, the Hero Girls™ program has expanded to fight human trafficking in Sri Lanka.

The Best for the World recognition is administered by B Lab, the global nonprofit network that certifies and mobilizes B Corps, which are businesses that meet high standards of positive social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. Today, there are more than 5,000 B Corps across 80 countries and 155 industries, unified by one common goal: building an inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economic system.

B Corp Certification doesn’t just evaluate a product or service, it assesses the overall social and environmental impact of the company that stands behind it. To achieve B Corp Certification, a company must meet a score of at least 80 points on the B Impact Assessment, an evaluation of a company’s positive impact, and pass a risk review, an evaluation of a company’s negative impact; change their corporate governance structure to be accountable to all stakeholders, not just shareholders; and exhibit transparency by allowing information about their B Corp Certification performance to be publicly available on their B Corp profile on B Lab’s website.
